Shoua's journey to this prestigious position is a testament to her unwavering dedication to uplifting her community and preserving her rich heritage. From her role as a seasoned Private Client Banker in the finance industry for eight years to her tireless efforts in empowering the younger generation, Shoua has proven herself as a true leader.

Her commitment to guiding and nurturing young minds extends beyond the boardroom, as she passionately dedicates herself to the Hmong Language and Culture Middle School, where she works to preserve and promote our cherished heritage. Furthermore, Shoua's impact transcends the classroom, as she serves as a beacon of inspiration at Cypher Side Dance School, shaping the next generation of leaders through her mentorship and guidance.

In her moments of leisure, Shoua finds solace and joy in the competitive spirit of volleyball and badminton, where she showcases her athleticism and unwavering passion for sports. However, it is her role as Miss Global Hmong 2023 that truly encapsulates her essence, embodying grace, strength, and an unyielding commitment to uplifting her community.

Miss Global Hmong 2023 1st Runner Up

Introducing Ia Xiong, a fearless go-getter born in Thailand, now residing in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, USA. From a young age, Ia's unwavering passion for taking risks and conquering challenges has driven her pursuit of becoming Miss Global Hmong. Currently a student at Lakeshore Technical College for business management, a modeling/acting student at John Casablanca Center, and a dedicated committee board member of the Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Ia is a force to be reckoned with. Despite her busy schedule, she finds joy in baking, traveling, working out, and cherishing moments with her family. As a dance instructor for Hmong dance classes, Ia inspires and guides two incredible groups, "Golden Light" and "Ntxhais Ntuj Ci". Being a runner-up is just the beginning of Ia's dreams.

Introducing Qaze (Qabzib), a remarkable individual with an inspiring journey. Originally from Sacramento, CA, and raised in Alaska, she has worked in various fields including IT, management, and clerical roles. Qaze recently relocated to NYC to pursue her lifelong passion for modeling and acting. Alongside her career aspirations, she is also training to become a flight attendant. As a former pageant contestant and suicide survivor, Qaze shares a powerful message of resilience and self-acceptance. Her motto, "Success is defined by you," encourages others to embrace their uniqueness and persevere through challenges. We are honored to have Qaze as part of Miss Global Hmong 2023.
